Chess Tutors

Chess Tutors offers an after-school program built around chess instruction and learning activities. Private coaching is also available, along with a summer camp and game tutorials. Its program uses chess strategy to teach discipline and foresight, connecting lessons on the board with students' development beyond the game. The organization provides puzzle booklets, answer keys, and phase tests as part of its learning materials. Evaluations include in-class, overseer, instructor, and manager formats. Chess Tutors also describes an award system and an annual culmination for its program. Its offerings are intended for students and are presented through school programs, coaching, and camps.
