Alpha Gamma Sigma - UNL

A collegiate professional fraternity. The Gamma Chapter of Alpha Gamma Sigma has an agricultural heritage and brings college men together as scholars, brothers, and developing leaders. Its activities include study groups, intramural teams, and extracurricular participation, with members working together and building friendships. A Leadership Development Program, chapter offices, committees, and campus involvement help members develop leadership and personal responsibility. The fraternity also describes a focus on member well-being through community and accountability, alongside scholarship resources and incentives. Its principles include cooperation, fellowship, honesty, morality, sacrifice, scholarship, sociability, sportsmanship, and temperance. The organization offers a structured fraternity experience as students make the transition from high school to adulthood, with attention to self-sufficiency, courtesy, and professional connections.
