Ten Point Home Inspections

Based in Laplace, Ten Point Home Inspections is a home inspection business serving Southeastern Louisiana, including the greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas. Its standard inspection covers the structure, roof, exterior and interior, along with heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing systems, insulation and ventilation, and built-in appliances. The inspector documents observed material defects and items that may need future monitoring for routine maintenance. Reports are delivered electronically, usually within 24 hours of the site inspection, and include photos highlighting areas of concern. Reports follow Standards of Practice established by the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors. The business also describes the reports as confidential, with copies available to a designated agent or others at the client's request.
