Family Legacy Counseling

Family Legacy Counseling provides professional mental health care through individual, couple, family, and child therapy. Sessions are available in office or by telehealth across Central Iowa, with licensed therapists addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, grief, and major life transitions. Services include couples counseling, family and children's therapy, growth and fulfillment support, medication management, psychological assessment, and support for trauma, addiction, and eating disorders. Christian counseling combines evidence-based psychological care with guidance informed by relationships, values, and faith. The practice serves individuals, couples, and families through offices in Johnston and Waukee, and accepts most major insurance plans.
