Youth mentoring
Mentoring-based programs serve students from K-12 and beyond.
Mentoring and educational programs are the practical focus of this Indianapolis youth development organization, serving young people from kindergarten through postsecondary education. Students can take part in team mentoring, a six-week Summer Academy for Pre-K through eighth grade, and a robotics program centered on STEM career readiness. Other offerings include financial literacy, the Beautillion Militaire for young men, and a collegiate organization for college students. An African American history competition engages students in grades six through 12 through history, rapid thinking, and teamwork. Programs address education, personal development, and leadership. Volunteers and mentors can get involved as role models for youth. The organization serves several hundred Indianapolis youth each year and was founded in 1984.
