Leader training
Training covers finances, employment, health, goals, and communication
Circles Reno County offers a community-based program that supports families with limited resources as they build a path out of poverty. Participants, called Circle Leaders, receive training in finances, employment, health, goal setting, and communication skills, then connect with volunteer Allies who offer ongoing support. The program also brings people together across income levels to build relationships, share contacts, and address barriers to economic stability. Volunteers can serve as Allies or contribute skills and connections through resource teams. Monthly meetings invite community members, business owners, and city leaders to discuss local barriers. Circles Reno County meets in Hutchinson, where participants and volunteers grow and learn together.
