Senior Rides and More

A faith-based nonprofit community service organization. It supports independent living for frail and older adults in Southwest and Northwest Houston through a network of volunteers. Services include free rides to medical appointments, grocery shopping, food banks, and other essential errands, along with prescription pickup and minor household repairs. Volunteers can remain with seniors during medical appointments and make telephone wellness check calls. When a volunteer driver is unavailable, the organization can arrange rideshare transportation at no cost to care receivers.
