Human HQ

Human HQ is a grassroots community organization. It creates opportunities for people to connect through intentional gatherings and conversation. Its year-long small groups meet in the greater Houston area, offering participants a casual setting to share stories and discuss questions guided by Human HQ's discussion materials. Topics span four areas: Create, Connect, Ponder, and Grow, including work, personal values, spirituality, and mindfulness. Human HQ also hosts monthly events featuring community thought leaders and change-makers who share their stories and lead audience discussions. The organization describes its work as designed by therapists and led by people, with values of kindness, curiosity, intention, and inclusivity. Its gatherings are intended for people seeking community, reflection, and meaningful dialogue.
