A traditional American neighborhood restaurant. OAK is located in historic downtown Hanover and serves seasonally inspired cuisine using local ingredients and wood-fired cooking techniques. The restaurant was introduced as OAK in fall 2022 by chefs Shaun and Jessica Wolf, following its earlier years as Artisans & Oak. Its casual setting welcomes locals and visitors. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance through Resy, and walk-ins are welcome. Bar and communal seating are available on a first-come, first-served basis. OAK also offers semi-private dining and private buy-outs.
