Catalyst Global Youth Initiatives

Youth mentoring and educational programs are the core offerings. The organization runs a six-week summer literacy and leadership program for students in grades 5 to 9, with reading, public speaking, Spanish, STEM activities, and field trips. Group mentoring includes D.R.E.A.M. for middle school boys and F.I.R.E. for middle school girls, alongside a broader program focused on confidence, communication, academic performance, and conflict resolution. High school mentees can attend a 10-month series of practical presentations, while public seminars for people ages 16 and up cover self-development and decision making. Programs are available virtually and on-site, and can be adapted for outdoor learning. It also convenes a coalition of youth organizations to address shared community concerns. The organization serves Deltona and surrounding communities.
