Custom apparel screen printing and design are the core services offered by Tonic Studios. The studio prints garments such as cropped hoodies and tote bags, with up to 10 colors available, plus specialty options including metallic, glow-in-the-dark, puffy, discharge, and CMYK inks. Pantone matching supports projects requiring color precision. In-house design services range from formatting vector artwork to developing a shirt design from an initial idea, while completed artwork can be cleaned up for printing. Private labeling adds personalized printed tags. Embroidery is available for hats, pocket tees, sweatshirts, jackets, and beanies, with hundreds of thread colors. The studio also offers Richardson headwear, sewn patches, raised embroidery, and etched leather decorations in Columbus.
