Bartlett Maritime Corporation is a maritime professional services and manufacturing company. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Cleveland, it develops solutions to expand the submarine industrial base. Its current contract provides trained welders through a rotational workforce to support designated Navy shipyards and shipbuilding and repair projects.
