Peer connection
Gatherings let Black men share experiences and encourage one another.
Community gatherings and mental health-focused sessions provide Black men and boys with a space to share experiences, discuss challenges, and connect with peers. The nonprofit was founded by psychotherapist Tytannie Harris to address the need for a safe, positive place to talk and heal from past trauma. Its activities include monthly sessions for teen boys that pair boxing fundamentals with conversations about mental health, as well as gatherings centered on open conversation and mutual encouragement. TMH Mancave also shares mental health tips and hosts events. The organization serves the Chicago community.
