Options For Youth

Located in Chicago, Options For Youth is a community and social services organization supporting adolescents in underserved neighborhoods. It runs two programs for young people on the South and West sides of the city. The Subsequent Pregnancy Program supports first-time adolescent mothers in graduating from high school and becoming self-sufficient before deciding to have another child. What's Up with Manhood? works with adolescent boys, encouraging critical reflection on what it means to be a man in their communities. The programs focus on healthy lifestyle choices and helping participants build on their strengths and potential. Services continue during the organization's temporary office transition.
