Keller Regional Gifted Center

Located in Chicago, Keller Regional Gifted Center is a specialty school serving gifted students in first through eighth grades. It offers accelerated learning through a broad, project-based curriculum designed to challenge students, with inquiry-based instruction and standards-aligned social emotional learning. Instruction includes differentiated content, processes, products, and social experiences, while students develop agency and empowerment. Spanish is offered as a world language. Math programming progresses through pre-algebra in sixth grade, algebra in seventh grade, and geometry in eighth grade. Students participate in academic activities and competitions. The school also maintains partnerships with higher education institutions and public and private business corporations, alongside parent and community organizations including the PTA, Keller Athletic Association, Friends of Keller, and Local School Council.
