Easterseals

Easterseals has served Chicagoland and Greater Rockford since 1936. The nonprofit affiliate operates program sites across the region, with administrative services in Chicago. Its website highlights Early Head Start and Early Head Start-Eligible programs, early learning services, child development centers, classroom support, and family and health advocacy. It also offers doula supervision and bilingual family support roles, reflecting services for children and families. Easterseals grew from an organization founded to address inadequate medical services for children with disabilities and later expanded its reach from metropolitan Chicago into surrounding suburbs and Greater Rockford.
