Core Evolution

Private Pilates sessions are offered at the River North studio. Core Evolution provides individualized Pilates and therapeutic movement work, along with Structural Integration and therapeutic massage. The studio serves people ranging from athletes and dancers to those managing persistent pain or returning to exercise. Its approach centers on understanding each person's body and movement needs, with Pilates work focused on core strength, alignment, and movement practice. The studio is located at 650 N Dearborn Street, Suite 250, in Chicago. Carmel, the instructor, has taught dance, exercise, and movement therapy for over two decades and is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, licensed massage therapist, and board-certified Structural Integrationist.
