In North Philadelphia, Philadelphia, North City Congress is a community organization with a center for older adults and programs for youth, families, and people needing care. The Northern Living Center provides a community where older adults can learn, move, create, and connect while supporting active, social, independent living. Youth enrichment includes out-of-school programs, summer camp, and work pathways. For children with autism and developmental needs, specialized support is offered in homes and schools. Adults and youth can access outpatient and mobile mental health care, while home health services provide support in individuals' homes. These programs address different needs across generations and are delivered through the Northern Living Center, Marigold Behavioral Health, Marigold Home Health, Intensive Behavioral Health, and the S.P.I.E.C. Youth Enrichment Program.
