Since opening to the public in 2002, The Mary Baker Eddy Library has invited visitors to explore the life, ideas, and achievements of Christian Science founder Mary Baker Eddy. Its collection includes original documents, art, historic artifacts, photographs, books, and audiovisual materials. The materials document the history of the church she founded through the present day. Visitors can engage with article content, programs, exhibits, and archives. Research assistance is available through the Library's Ask a Researcher content, and its Research Room is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. No appointment is needed during those hours. The Library focuses on subjects connected to religion, health, journalism, and the history of Christian Science.
