Texas Association-Community

A statewide association for public community college districts in Texas. The Texas Association of Community Colleges advocates for policy development, innovation, and institutional practices in higher education. Its work focuses on advancing educational opportunities at community colleges through policy change and engagement with the Texas Legislature, policymakers, state agencies, employers, and other stakeholders. The association also supports the Texas Success Center, which helps community college staff and faculty improve practice, and the Community College Association of Texas Trustees, which represents community college trustees. TACC provides resources related to college districts, data, workforce development, and policy priorities. The organization is based in Austin and serves community colleges across Texas.
