Bristol Kendall Fire Protection District

This is a public fire protection district. It serves most of Bristol and Kendall Townships, covering approximately 77 square miles, and responds to emergencies in the district and surrounding areas. Services include fire response, emergency medical services, hazardous materials response, and assistance with other emergencies. The district also provides fire prevention, public education, and safety awareness. It was established in 1937. Station 1 in Yorkville is the headquarters and has an engine and ambulance staffed around the clock. The station also houses the administrative offices, training division, and fire prevention bureau. Public meetings are held there. The district operates three stations.
