Mess Hall

In Washington's Edgewood neighborhood, Mess Hall is a commercial kitchen incubator and event space for food and beverage businesses and gatherings. Its membership supports up to 40 companies with space to produce, share, and collaborate. The facility also offers short-term and long-term cold storage, including refrigeration and freezer space with loading dock access. Events take place in a venue with an open demonstration kitchen. Public offerings include food and drink pop-ups, takeovers, markets, festivals, and parties. Private bookings can accommodate weddings, office holiday parties, milestone birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, and film shoots. The space has hosted restaurant pop-ups and corporate events. Mess Hall is in Northeast DC, south of Catholic University, near the Rhode Island Ave and Brookland-CUA Red Line stations.
