Home health care is the core service, with skilled nursing provided in the home. Nursing services include case management, injections, wound and ostomy care, health-condition monitoring, pre- and post-operative care, diabetes education and management, IV therapy, respiratory care, nutrition support, and instruction for patients and caregivers.
