Center on Civic Engagement

A nonprofit civic engagement organization. The Center on Civic Engagement advances nonpartisan civic engagement and voter participation among underrepresented communities throughout the United States. It provides hands-on training and technical assistance to nonprofit, nonpartisan civic engagement organizations at local, state, and national levels. The organization also helps identify collaborative opportunities involving organizations and campaigns that promote nonpartisan civic engagement programs in underrepresented and emerging majority communities. Its offerings include in-person trainings, webinars, and long-term technical assistance tailored to each organization's needs and circumstances. Staff experience includes field work, communications, technology and IT recruiting, strategic planning, web and mobile development, graphic communications, publishing, and SEO analysis. The organization is a 501(c)(3) project of the New Venture Fund.
