The Atlantic Implant Institute

Full-arch dental implant education is the core offering, with courses for dentists covering All-on-4 procedures and implant practice development. Training takes place inside a working implant-only practice, where participants can observe live surgeries, consultations, and restorative deliveries. Programs include three to four days of lectures and workshops, cadaver workshops, Exocad design instruction, and hands-on learning in small groups capped at 24 doctors. Course options range from foundational All-on-4 training to advanced prosthetics, digital workflows, business education, and a sequenced mini-residency. One-on-one mentorship inside the practice is also available. The training ecosystem includes an in-house dental laboratory and faculty with experience in surgery, prosthodontics, digital design, and advanced anchorage techniques.
