Washington Ferret Rescue and Shelter

Ferret rescue and shelter services are the core offerings. The no-kill organization cares for abandoned, lost, and surrendered ferrets, providing shelter, food, housing, and medical care while working toward adoption or foster placement. It also offers adoption information and guidance for people considering ferrets, along with education and support for current and prospective ferret owners. People who need to surrender a ferret or have found one can find guidance on next steps. The organization relies on donations and volunteers, and offers ways to help through fostering and contributions. Washington Ferret Rescue and Shelter is based in University Place, Washington, near Tacoma and south of Seattle, and serves the Puget Sound region.
