Art Deco history
Mini museum about Tulsa's Art Deco and Jazz Age heritage.
A free mini museum explores Tulsa's Art Deco and Jazz Age history. Located within the DECOPOLIS Discovitorium on Route 66, it features a small Art Deco-themed town square, historic artifacts, information about Tulsa's Jazz Age, and art from around the world. Visitors can also request a map for a downtown Deco District walking tour. The adjacent Discovitorium is a themed attraction with life-sized dinosaurs outside and a volcanic cave featuring rocks, fossils, dinosaurs, and science gifts. DECOPOLIS also operates a TulsaRama ice cream parlor, a FableRealm bookstore, a visitor center and souvenir shop, and William's Tulsey Town Art Gallery at its flagship location. The business brings together local history, themed attractions, books, art, and souvenirs at locations in Tulsa.
