Curnutte Law

Criminal defense is a core service, with representation in cases ranging from reckless driving to first-degree murder. The practice takes cases to jury trial in both federal and state court and handles non-jury trials, preliminary hearings, and evidentiary hearings. It also represents clients in general civil matters and family court. Attorney Meredith Curnutte previously served in the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office, including as Director of Misdemeanors and Director of White Collar Crime, and worked for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Attorney General's Office. She has been admitted to practice in Oklahoma, tribal courts, the U.S. District Courts for Northern and Eastern Oklahoma, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. The law practice is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
