Urgent Care for Children

A pediatric urgent care clinic. It provides walk-in and after-hours care for children in Trussville and across Alabama. The clinics evaluate non-critical illnesses and injuries, including fevers, colds, flu, rashes, stomach symptoms, asthma complications, earaches, and minor cuts. For sports and other orthopedic injuries, services include X-rays, soft casts, and splints; minor lacerations may be treated with stitches. Children can also receive lab tests, including rapid strep testing, and use an in-house pharmacy. The clinics offer sports and summer camp physicals, along with sensory-friendly accommodations. Care is available for babies, teens, and children between those ages, with visit summaries shared with a child's pediatrician.
