Samaritan Daytop Village

In the Bronx, Samaritan Daytop Health is a community health center providing primary and preventive care for adults, families, and children. Its services include primary care, pediatrics, psychiatric care, nutritional and dietary counseling, and case management. The clinic also provides diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, lab services, and referrals, with care connected to behavioral health, substance use treatment, and addiction recovery programs. Health Navigators help patients with follow-up appointments, healthcare coverage questions, and medical forms. Referrals and walk-ins are accepted for individuals and family members. Located on the sixth floor of The Richard Pruss Wellness Center, it serves patients from surrounding communities as well as clients in programs housed in the building.
