Banana Kelly Community Improvement Associates

Banana Kelly Community Improvement Association, Inc. has served South Bronx residents through affordable housing and community programs. The organization has sponsored the redevelopment of more than 2,240 housing units and provides direct services to approximately 6,800 residents. Its work includes preserving and developing low-income housing, organizing around local community goals, and offering rental assistance with connections to other support organizations.
