Metropolitan Ministries

A nonprofit community service organization. Metropolitan Ministries provides comprehensive support for at-risk and homeless families in underserved communities across Tampa Bay. Its services include access to food, safe shelter, financial assistance, and family support through dedicated centers. The organization serves Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties and collaborates with 65 neighborhood partners to reach families in need. It also offers opportunities to volunteer, donate goods, become a partner, and support its foundation. In the last year, Metropolitan Ministries reports serving more than 2.6 million meals, providing over 157,000 nights of shelter for children and parents, and helping 14,244 families through its family support centers.
