Missouri Preservation

Historic preservation advocacy is Missouri Preservation's core work. The organization supports grassroots efforts and legislative advocacy, and runs programs focused on saving historic places and promoting preservation across Missouri. It also provides education through an annual conference, workshops, and sessions available upon request. People working on preservation projects can get direction to specialists and information on advocating for historic buildings in their communities. Online resources cover historic property identification, research and designation, preservation funding information, and a directory of preservation professionals. Based in St. Louis, it serves preservation efforts throughout the state.
