Good Hope Wellness

Good Hope Wellness provides initial psychiatric evaluations, follow-up appointments, individual therapy, and genetic testing. Evaluations last 60 to 90 minutes and include discussion of treatment options such as therapy, supplements, additional evaluations, and medication. Follow-ups review progress and responses to treatment, including lifestyle adjustments and physical health. Genetic testing examines medication metabolism and the MTHFR gene mutation, with results discussed during a follow-up visit. Individual therapy explores connections among emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and present experiences, using approaches tailored to patient needs. The practice is staffed by social workers and nurse practitioners who develop treatment plans for individual mental health needs. It does not specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
