Sierra Lutheran Church

Formally organized as a mission congregation in January 1959, Sierra Evangelical Lutheran Church has served its present Sierra Vista location since August of that year. It is an all-inclusive faith community that welcomes people across differences in age, race, gender identity, family structure, ability, and other circumstances. Sunday worship begins at 9 am, and everyone is welcome to receive communion. The congregation also offers adult studies, fellowship, worship and music activities, and ministry teams. Members can take part in prayer-chain support, craft ministries, and efforts to help homebound people. Worship services are available to watch live, with previous services accessible on Facebook. The church describes its community life as a shared journey toward deepening spiritual lives and invites people to participate in services and events throughout the week.
