Hellenic Therapy Center

A counseling and mental health center. Hellenic Therapy Center provides individual, couples, family, and child and adolescent therapy. Its family-systems approach examines emotional patterns and how family members relate, with sessions focused on developing more effective ways of relating. The center also specializes in genogram studies, a way to map family history and identify patterns across generations. Areas addressed include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, relationship concerns, and challenges affecting children and adolescents. Remote coaching is also offered. The center is led by Clinical Director Maria Sikoutris Di Iorio, MA, EdS, MFT, LPC, alongside colleagues who use genograms as a diagnostic tool in their work.
