Mixed-use spaces
Restaurant, retail, office, and loft spaces are offered.
Luna is a mixed-use real estate community. It offers restaurant, retail, office, and loft spaces in two remodeled 1930s Streamline Moderne buildings, located at the gateway to downtown Santa Fe. The site was originally a DeSoto dealership and later served as a movie theater and nightclub. A courtyard provides space for outdoor dining and browsing. Businesses at Luna include Radish & Rye, a farm-to-table restaurant and bourbon bar; CHOMP, a food hall and retail market; Ohori's Coffee; and a New Mexico hard cider taproom. Parking is available at Luna, with public parking also available one block away in the State Legislature's garage. Luna is an MCMOJO, LLC endeavor. Its principal, Ken Joseph, is a Santa Fe native and qualifying broker who has developed office parks in Santa Fe and Denver.
