Nielsen

In Santa Cruz, Nielsen is an architecture studio that brings architecture, interiors, and construction together under one team. It designs spaces for businesses, guests, and homes, with projects spanning residential renovations, restaurants, retail locations, hotels, and community spaces. Services are delivered through a collaborative design process, including schematic design and consideration of how spaces support daily life, guest experience, and business operations. The studio works on projects from initial planning through construction, providing one point of accountability across the disciplines. Its portfolio includes projects in Santa Cruz and nearby California communities, such as home renovations, hospitality venues, and commercial spaces.
