Native American Health Center

Located in San Francisco, Native American Health Center is a nonprofit, Federally Qualified community health center open to everyone, regardless of tribal affiliation or ethnicity. It provides holistic, culturally responsive health care and helps people identify ways to meet their health care needs, including when they are uninsured or facing financial challenges. Patients can schedule appointments, message providers, access test results, and request health records through its member services and patient portal. Community offerings include confidential rapid HIV testing with results in 20 minutes, linkages to medical care when needed, and access to harm reduction supplies at testing events. The center also hosts youth gatherings and other community events. It welcomes people who are not medical patients to certain services.
