Casements Bar

Guinness is one of the pours at this Mission District bar, alongside unique cocktails and comfort food. Casements brings an Irish beer garden sensibility to San Francisco, with a patio for drinks and gatherings. The bar is a personal project from three hospitality veterans, including Irish-born partners Gillian Fitzgerald and Seán O'Donovan, who have been pouring Guinness since their teenage years. Its name honors Roger Casement, an Irish-born poet and human rights pioneer who championed independence and self-determination. Guests can make reservations for meet-ups and other occasions. The bar is located at 2351 Mission Street and serves customers throughout the week, with later afternoon openings on weekdays and earlier openings on weekends.
