Night & Day San Diego

In San Diego, Night & Day is a sister-owned postpartum doula and lactation practice serving pregnant and postpartum families. Support is available in person and virtually. Short-term questions are welcome. An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant provides breastfeeding education and creates personalized care plans with families, both prenatally and postpartum. The practice also offers daytime postpartum doula care and overnight doula support for first-time and experienced parents. In-person breastfeeding classes help parents prepare for feeding and caregiving. Services include in-home visits, and the team can provide superbills for clients to submit insurance claims when a plan is not contracted. The practice says it works with some insurance and fertility benefit plans for doula and lactation services.
