Sweat Equity Infrared Saunas

Infrared sauna sessions are the core offering, with full-spectrum sauna cabins, an infrared sauna yoga room, and a cocoon pod. Sessions can include infrared heat, vibration massage, aromatherapy, red light, salt air, and jade stones. Contrast therapy with a cold plunge is also available. Additional services include Vitamin IV drips, vitamin and amino acid injections, ozone IV infusions, NAD+ infusions, whole body cryotherapy, a Somadome meditation pod, and leg compression therapy. Yoga, Pilates, and stretch routines can be complemented by virtual classes or private instruction. Each session includes reverse-osmosis alkaline water and cold towels, with shower access afterward.
