San Antonio Steel Company

Wholesale distribution is the core service. The company supplies farm and ranch stores, lumberyards, and cooperatives with agricultural fencing and related products. Its inventory includes fixed knot, field, barbed wire, and sheep and goat fencing, along with steel wire products, posts, tools, and fencing accessories. More than 700 stock-keeping units are noted, including products from multiple manufacturers; the company also describes offering more than 1,000 SKUs across its product range. Visitors can share details of a fencing project and receive a product recommendation, while retail customers can locate a dealer through its network. Specialties include agricultural fencing and foundation reinforcement material. Founded in 1965, the company operates from a facility in southeast San Antonio and also has a distribution center in Mississippi.
