San Antonio Apartment Association

A nonprofit trade association for the multifamily and rental housing industry. It serves housing owners, managers, suppliers, and other industry groups in and around San Antonio. The association engages in legislative advocacy and offers education to promote professionalism in the industry. It also provides member communication, a directory of member companies, and events and classes. Membership is company based and requires approval by the Board of Directors; individuals cannot join. SAAA supports surrounding communities and provides opportunities for members to connect through industry events and committees. It does not handle resident complaints or provide mediation services.
