Family members can be added and managed through an account, with bilingual virtual care available. LASO serves employees, employers, and partners through direct pay, paycheck deduction, or employer-sponsored options. Employers receive an administrative portal for rosters, billing, and reporting, while eligible members receive unlimited virtual visits and direct payment at participating in-person facilities.
