Willowood Healing Arts

An energy healing and massage practice. Willowood Healing Arts provides Reiki, Reconnective Healing, massage therapy, and bodywork in Saint Paul and the Twin Cities metro area. Energy healing uses light or no touch to work with the body's energy fields and support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Massage and bodywork involve soft-tissue manipulation using eastern and western techniques to reduce stress, manage pain, promote relaxation, and support physical health. Services are intended for people seeking help with stress, pain, recovery, illness, injury, spirituality, or overall balance. The practice also works with clients addressing trauma recovery, surgical recovery, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, addiction, reproductive health and fertility, weight management, mental health, athletic performance, and terminal illness.
