Rural Aids Action

MNsure Navigator Services are among the programs offered by Rural AIDS Action Network, which serves people in 80 Minnesota counties outside the Twin Cities metro area. The organization provides support for people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. Its services include medical case management, transportation assistance, support groups, outreach and education, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, syringe service programs, and naloxone training and distribution. Medical case management includes intake and assessment, service planning, monitoring, and coordination of medical care. The network also works on risk reduction, advocacy, and awareness. In 30 years of service, it has served more than 10,000 individuals. Support groups are available at locations around Greater Minnesota.
