Saturday gatherings
Weekly meals bring people from many cultures together.
Every Saturday, people from many cultures, languages, and generations gather for a meal at Intercultural Mosaics. They talk and learn together, study Japanese, Chinese, and Spanish, and take part in cooking, music, and art. The community is a New Worshiping Community hosted by Davis Community Church. Its activities include an English class, and its gatherings bring neighbors and newcomers together around food, learning, and hospitality. Intercultural Mosaics describes its approach as living across cultural boundaries in everyday life, not only welcoming people into church. It is a Christian community shaped by shared meals and relationships, with participants from different backgrounds and generations.
