About CalPACE
CalPACE is a statewide association for California's Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) organizations. It represents and supports providers serving older adults, and helps older adults and families find local PACE programs. PACE provides coordinated, community-based care for seniors with chronic care needs. Its interdisciplinary team creates a plan based on each participant's needs and may provide adult day health services, medical supervision, nursing care, and therapies. The program also includes meals, social services, and access to dental, vision, hearing, and other medical specialists. CalPACE works with providers, policymakers, partners, and advocates through advocacy, education, policy engagement, and member collaboration. Founded in 2007, it was the nation's first state PACE trade association.
