Legal collection
More than 90,000 volumes of current legal materials.
More than 90,000 volumes of current legal materials are available through the Riverside County Law Library's three locations. The public law library serves Riverside County residents in Downtown Riverside, Palm Springs and Temecula, with staff who can help locate materials and navigate resources for legal research questions and issues. Public computers support legal research and legal document preparation, and the library also provides access to WiFi and copiers. Its events include legal clinics, such as probate consultations and consumer rights clinics. The collection is made available across the county, while each location operates on its own schedule. The library is funded in part through County civil court filing fees and governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees composed of community judges and attorneys.
